STG - SEAMCAT Technical Group

Latest news

IMPORTANT NOTE: STG decided to reduce the frequency of physical meetings and instead to use phone conference for specific items/topics/tickets. STG physical meetings will be set-up at the request of STG members.

The STG is currently looking at the following activities:

  • The SEAMCAT tractool has recently been migrated to a new domain. http://tractool.seamcat.org. SEAMCAT users are now able to read only the existing tickets without registering to the tool.

  • The SEAMCAT Handbook (January 2010) revision has been finalised. You can find it here

  • 3.2.1 version was released as official version (14 July 2010).

  • Regular bug fixing and testing of SEAMCAT 3.Y.XX based on the Trac tool report (next release plan).

  • WiMAX is currently under development.

The current beta version can be downloaded from http://www.seamcat.org/betaversion . This link is for developers who are testing and calibrating the OFDMA Beta module only and is not an official release. The Beta version is to be treated with caution and any feedback should be sent directly to kermoal@ero.dk.
