The joint ATTM TM4/SE19 (53rd meeting) was held on 29-30 April 2010 in ETSI (Sophia Antipolis, France). The following issues were addressed:

  • Results of the Public Consultation: SE19 has drafted to WGSE a response to the comments on the draft revision T/R13-02.

  • WI SE19_22: High Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS) in the range 5850 – 7075 MHz: Correspondence activity will continue. CPG-PTD has extended the deadline to the draft ECC Report to next PTD meeting (24-27 August 2010). (Leader: Alexander Klyucharev)

  • WI SE19_23: Review of ECC-ERC-T/R Recommendations:

    • ECC REC (02)06 (channeling arrangements for the 7.125-8.5 GHz band): Good progress with the correspondence activity on the draft ECC Report on the usage of the 7125-8500 MHz band within the CEPT (24 countries so far). One more round of invitation for contribution expected so that this document is sent for PC at the September meeting. (Leader: Meta Pavsek)

    • ERC/REC/(00)05, ERC/REC/(01)03, ECC/REC/(04)06: work under going

    • New correspondence activity was set up to draft a deliverable to provide guidance to administrations on the use of the various ECC Recommendations related to the FS. (Leader: Pascal Le Berre)

  • WI SE19_24: Coordinated inputs to ITU-R: WP5C:

    • SE19 developed a contribution for ITU-R WP5C on a new ITU-R recommendation for the 42 GHz band

    • SE19 is working on another proposal an ITU-R WP5C contribution for aligning recommendation F.385-9 to the ECC channel arrangements in the bands 7 125 – 7 425 MHz and 7 425 – 7 725 MHz

    • New correspondence activity was set up to consider the coming contributions from SIAE. (Leader: Roberto Macchi)

  • AoB: SE19 initated the discussion on the revision of the ECC Report 003 “Fixed Service in Europe - Current use and future trends Post-2002" to seek guidance/feedback from WG SE
